1. Course Overview

Duration: 8 months

Content Access: Course materials, live classes, mock interview feedback, and placement assistance.
2. Payment Terms

Initial Payment: Student agrees to pay 50% of the course fee upfront prior to starting the course.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due within 60 days of the students job start date, either with the assistance of InterviewNode or through the Student’s independent efforts.

Deferred Payment Obligation: Student agrees to pay the final 50% of the course fee even if they secure employment independently without InterviewNode’s direct assistance.
3. Placement Assistance

Placement Services: InterviewNode will provide placement support through affiliated placement agencies and direct company contacts. However, the Company makes no guarantee of job placement.

Deferred Payment Trigger: Student’s obligation to pay the remaining 50% of the course fee begins upon job placement and is due within 60 days of the job start date.
4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Access Rights: Student will receive access to course materials, including learning modules, live classes, and interview resources, which are strictly for personal use.

Non-Disclosure: Student agrees not to share, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any course materials or information obtained through the course to individuals not enrolled with InterviewNode.

Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to written content, videos, and feedback documents, remain the intellectual property of InterviewNode.
5. Refund Policy

Refund Period: Students may request a full refund within 15 days of initial payment.

Refund Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@interviewnode.com within the specified 15-day period. After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6. Student Responsibilities

Participation Requirement: The Student is responsible for attending all scheduled live classes, participating in mock interviews, and engaging with the provided resources to maximize their potential for success.

Commitment to Course Completion: Student acknowledges that successful completion and benefits of the course depend on consistent participation and application of the course content.
7. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, and both parties waive their rights to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
8. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Employment: InterviewNode makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, that completion of the course will result in employment. The Student agrees that InterviewNode’s liability, in the event of any claim, shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Student to InterviewNode.
9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
10. Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

At InterviewNode, we're committed to your success. If you don’t secure a job within 12 months of your first cohort class, we offer a full refund—no questions asked! However, we also believe that your active participation is key to achieving your goals. To qualify for the refund, here’s what we expect:
1. Attendance Commitment
Attend at least 90% of the live sessions throughout the program.
2. Mock Interviews
Participate in at least 80% of the mock interviews.
Achieve a minimum score of 2.5 or higher (Scale of 4) in 80% of mock interviews.
3. Project Completion
Complete at least 80% of the assigned projects as part of the curriculum.
4. Job Applications
Interview with at least 6 relevant jobs in Software Engineering or Machine Learning Engineering. These applications should align with the skills and guidance provided in the program.
5. Documentation of Efforts
Keep track of all your job applications and interviews using our provided system.
Exclusions
The money-back guarantee will not apply if:

You withdraw from the program before completion.

You fail to meet the conditions outlined above.

You turn down job offers relevant to the training you received.
How to Claim Your Refund
If you meet all the above requirements and still don’t secure a job within 12 months:

Submit your refund request along with supporting documentation (attendance records, project completions, job applications, etc.).
